I'm a UX & Product Designer with over 9 years experience working in cross-functional tech environments. Most recently I was at Rakuten, a cash back shopping platform—merchants pay a commission for sending shoppers their way and Rakuten shares that commission with its members. During my 4+ years there, I designed across the entire purchase funnel, including post-purchase, for the end user’s touchpoints as well as the internal team’s merchandizing tools.
